Mulligans Golf respects your personal privacy.  We appreciate your concern about your personal information, and believe ensuring the security of your personal information is an important part of our job.  We strive to protect and personal information you give to Mulligans Golf (address, name, email address etc.).  If we ask you to provide us with any personal information, we will tell you the purpose for which we intend to use that information.  We will not collect, use or disclose your personal information without your consent.  We collect no personal information about you unless you choose to provide that information to us.  We do not use techniques that collect personal information about you without your knowledge.  Your personal information is not lent or sold to anyone for any purpose.

Q - What information do you collect?

We collect information two ways:

We collect information  during the processing of your credit card for payment of merchandise.  We do request  your name, mailing address, phone number, email address and credit card number.  This information is needed to ensure the card being used is actually your card and that it isn't being used without your consent.

Q - What do you do with the information that you collect?

We use your information two ways......

1.    The information that we collect during that actual payment of merchandise is used to confirm the card
        actually belongs to the person placing the order. 

2.    We use your email address to send out an email once a month to inform you of new product offerings.  In
        that email you will have the opportunity to request that your email address be taken off that mailing list. 
        When we receive that email we will remove you from that mailing list.

        We also do a mail out through Canada Post twice a year, we send out a newsletter.  If you wish to be
        removed from that mailing list simply send us and email requesting that you be removed from that list as
        well.

Q - What do you do with the credit card information that you collect?

The only thing we do with the credit card information you provide is complete the transaction initiated by you.  We do not store your credit card number in a data base or in any type of server.
