Copper Wrist Bands
All of our copper wristbands come in the following sizes: 5.5", 6.0", 6.5", and
7.0". (all in inches) In order to determine wrist size with the original copper wristband, you
must subtract ½ to ¾ inches from the circumference of your wrist in inches.
Wristbands are to be snug, but not tight. If your are in between sizes,
it works better for the band to be smaller rather than larger.
Magnetic Bracelets
For the Steel Twist Silver and Steel Twist Duet you must subtract ½ to from the circumference of your wrist in inches. For example if your wrist measures 7 inches, subtract .5 of an inch and order a Small bracelet (6.5 inches in length).
Sizes are Small (6.5"), Medium (7.0") Large (7.5"), Extra Large (8.0") - all in inches
For all other magnetic bracelets, choose the size of bracelet that is closest to your wrist circumference in inches.

How to measure with a ruler?
Simply take a piece of string or yarn wrap it around your wrist then measure it with a ruler (in inches) to see what size best suits you!
